Krystal Stark is the owner of Stark White Entertainment, a talent management company based in New York City. Krystal specializes in developing comedic and lifestyle talent for film, TV, commercial and new media, and proactively works with her clients to create opportunities by producing content for TV and new media. Krystal’s clients have appeared on networks including Comedy Central, BET, MTV, HBO, FOX, Bravo, VH1, and truTV.

Claire is a creative development associate with a background in talent management and comedy. She loves working with talent, especially emerging artists, and helping them craft their vision and stories to share with larger audiences. Prior to working in the biz, she was involved at Upright Citizens Brigade, where she took classes and managed the theaters and interns. Originally from Chicago and a proud graduate of Wellesley College, she currently lives in Brooklyn.

Candi Clare is the director of talent for Stand Up NY. A New York City staple in the comedy scene for the last 32 years. Candi is also a mother and co-host of the podcast Figuring It Out. She has worked with comedians for the last 8 years and is excited to be a part of LOCA and bringing women in all aspects of comedy to the forefront.
Jessica Pilot is a New York City based writer, producer, and talent scout with a passion for comedy. Pilot currently scouts and books standup comedy for CBS. Indiewire recently praised the stand-up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. She has also booked projects for NBC, and Netflix.Pilot will be featured on Season 2 of History of Comedy on CNN. She was a Yale Invited Speaker for Women’s Leadership Initiative, as well as a panelist in this years Women in Comedy Festival in Boston. Currently she develops comedy and scouts for stand-up talent across the country.
Felicia Madison is the founder of Laughing Affairs which produces Laughercise, a lunch time comedy show, F Comedy a new talent incubator that produces two shows a month, Comedy for a Cause and other private and corporate events. In addition, Felicia is the new talent director at West Side Comedy Club. Felicia resides in Manhattan with her husband and has three children.
Sam Reetz is a media maker and founder of Millennial Ethics™, an early-stage startup charting a new course for millennials with digital media that’s intergenerational, impactful, and inclusive. Millennial Ethics made it’s formal debut at the Made in NY Media Center by IFP with their 2017 Creative Founders Lab summer cohort and IFP Week’s 2017 Marketplace. She is currently consulting on the narrative feature, THE HEART STAYS, in association with Amerinda, Inc., about a Native American girl who must choose between personal achievement and the traditional responsibilities of the old ways and recently covered a selection of narrative and social impact programming as accredited press at the 35th Miami International Film Festival for Millennial Ethics' upcoming newspaper, ON THE MAP.
